Samson Lee (a.k.a. Sam) is a prominent entrepreneur and fintech executive with over 25 years of experience in the digital economy industry, driving the development of the Web3 industry and facilitating the commercialization of numerous Web3, blockchain and digital asset projects in international markets. Currently, Sam is the founder and CEO of Coinstreet, a professional advisory and consulting firm in the digital asset space founded in 2017 Coinstreet is the first STO (Security Token Offering) and CSpro, the first company in Hong Kong to be licensed to operate a STO (Security Token Offering) and subscription platform, and its group company, iSHANG, provides a total solution of Web3-as-a-Service technology platform, over 10 longitudinal applications and practical consulting services, helping mainstream brands and enterprises in their Web3 transformation. Mr. Lee holds an MBA and a Master of Science degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He has been active in supporting the development of the fintech and web3 industry in Hong Kong, including receiving the "Asia Futurist Leadership Award" and being recognized by the Financial Services and Treasury Bureau (FSTB) of Hong Kong as a 2021 Fintech Proof of Concept Subsidiary Scheme, and the Security Tokens Realized Award London 2020. He is also a co-organizer of the TADS Awards, the world's first international awards for tokenized assets and digital securities, and the Digital Asset Series, a series of seminars aimed at promoting digital assets. He co-authored the "Digital Assets" chapter in "Welcome to the New Era of Finance - Fintech Practices and Prospects in Hong Kong" published by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, is co-chair of the Asia Pacific Digital Economy Institute, co-founder and co-chair of the Hong Kong Web3 Association, co-founder of the Shenzhen Ethereum Community and an independent director of DSS (NYSE: DSS), and serves as an independent director of DSS.
